In the booking process you will be asked to choose whether or not your reservation should be flexible or not flexible.
If you choose a non-flexible booking, your stay cannot be refunded once it’s booked. We therefore recommend flexible booking, which allows you to cancel your stay free of charge, right up until 23:59 two days before your arrival. This gives you an assurance that you can freely cancel your booking, if your plans change. Enjoy the flexibility and book a dorm bed or room in your desired category immediately while available.
