You can check in from 3PM and if you arrive late in the evening then don’t worry – we’re here all day.

You must check out no later than 11AM.

Please ask at our reception if you would like to check out later. We can not guarantee that it's possible, but promise to do our best to help. In case of late check out, you must check out no later than 1PM.

Our prices for late check-out are: #100# per bed in a shared bedroom and #200# for a private room.

Of course! Our WiFi is super-fast, gluten-free and available all over the house …. Wanna hear the best part? IT’S FREE.

Yes. Bed linen and towel is included in the price. If you stay with us for more than 4 nights, we will provide you with fresh bed linen and towel. You can also choose to get a fresh towel for #25# and have your bed made with fresh linen for #50# at any time - just let us know.

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to sleep in our shared dorms. When booking a private room, guests under 18 years old have to be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian* or a teacher... In other words, a piece of paper is not a parent.

*A legal guardian is a person who has been appointed by a court or otherwise has the legal authority (and the corresponding duty) to care for the personal and property interests of another person.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Depending on your reservation, your credit card will either be charged when you make your reservation or 48 hours before the arrival date.

If you've left personal items behind during your stay, please visit our 'Lost and Found' page at Next House Copenhagen for instructions on reporting lost items. We're here to help you retrieve your belongings.

In order to make the check in process as smooth and fast as possible, we have self-service check in counters for your convenience. Make sure to fill out the registration form you get with your booking confirmation to make the check in process as fast as possible.

If all of this sound too tricky or something goes wrong, just ask a member of the staff and we will be happy to help you.

If you have booked a flexible reservation, you can cancel up to 3 days before arrival. Here’s how:

• Open your confirmation email and select "Manage reservation"
• Scroll down to "Cancellation" and choose "More info"
• Select "Cancel reservation" and confirm

If you booked through Hostelworld, Booking.com, or Expedia/Hotels.com, you must cancel directly with them.

If you wish to change your booking dates, you will need to cancel your reservation and make a new booking.

Yes. All our rooms and dorms have a private bathroom. In our 6 bed dorms, the bath and toilet is separated so you can use the toilet while someone is using the shower and vice versa.

Yes. We have dorms that can be booked by everyone, and we have dorms that are reserved for women only. Simply select "Mixed" or "For Women" when you make your reservation.

Yes of course, just ask us.

If you are booking beds in a dorm for more than one person, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be placed in the same room. If you want to be sure to stay in the same room, please book a private room.

Of course. If you wish to book a handicap accessible room, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we don't.

Yes. We provide lockers from #20# for 3 hours to store your luggage. Please keep in mind that we only take credit card payment for the lockers.

In the dorms, each guest has their own locker. We highly recommend that you keep all of your belongings locked up. Next House Copenhagen is not responsible for any loss of valuables. You can use your own padlock to lock it. If you don’t have a padlock, you can buy one at the front desk.

Yes. All of our rooms and dorms have a hairdryer.

All bathrooms have a soap and shampoo dispenser.

Yes. We have self-service laundry (level -1) with wash ´n´ dryer machine for #20# (incl. soap) each.

Of course! We have machines for strength training and cardio. Our gym is open from 6AM to 10PM every day. Exercise for only #20# per person. The age limit is 18+ years.

There is also Next Arena, which is an indoor stadium of 10x20 meters. We have created the ultimate gathering place for everyone who likes to have fun, play sports, wild competitions and get a good sweat with lots of cheers. Try it out for only #20# per person.

OF COURSE, you can rent a bike with us for 24 hours at #125#.

Our self-service kitchen is reserved for individuals and families and may not be used by groups of 8+ persons. You can find our self-service kitchen on the 6th floor, where you can store your own food in the kitchen's refrigerators. The kitchen is open for use 5AM to 12 midnight.

For further questions regarding the communal kitchen, please contact the reception.

Fee for the self-service kitchen is #20# per person (for the entire stay).

We do not offer parking.

You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it in the designated areas, but not in the rooms/dorms. Furthermore, you are not allowed to consume your own beverages anywhere in the house so please get your drinks from the bar – we risk losing our alcohol license so please respect that.

If we have a bar? NO… WE HAVE FIVE.

They are spread out on our common areas at Next House Copenhagen. Here you can enjoy everything from proper meals, freshly brewed coffee, special beers, cold drinks and much more.

Friends & family of guests staying at Next House Copenhagen are welcome in the bar and public areas, but not allowed to go to the dorms/rooms, gym, cinema & self-service kitchen.

Of course! Our rooftop is a green breathing space available for own guests and visitors from outside.

Next House Copenhagen is in city center with only 500 meters to the Copenhagen Central Station and 950 meters to the City Hall Square.

It all depends who you are, and luckily there is something for everyone. At Next House Copenhagen, you are within walking distance from many of the city's most popular attractions: Tycho Brahe Planetarium, Bremen Teater, Istedgade, Det Ny Teater, Wallmans Circus Building, Nordisk Film cinemas (Imperial and Palads), Tivoli's Concert Hall, Tivoli Gardens, The City Hall Square, the Meatpacking District (Kødbyen), Hard Rock Café and much more.

Other popular destinations include Langelinie with The Little Mermaid and then there is the Round Tower at Købmagergade, Amalienborg Palace, Strøget, Copenhagen Opera House, Copenhagen Zoo, the Royal Danish Theatre and Nyhavn. Copenhagen offers endless opportunities for sightseeing, and if you like guided tours, you should try a canal tour and the ever popular Hop on/Hop off buses.

No! Next House Copenhagen is 100% smoke–free (incl. all types of e-cigarettes).

There is a #1000# smoking fee so please go outside to the street if you want to smoke.

Pets are not allowed except guide dogs. In that case, a private room must be booked.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. 

Max. length of stay is 14 consecutive nights.

Next House Copenhagen is part of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group. As a company, you can get a corporate agreement for all of our 12 hotels including our two hostels Steel House Copenhagen and Next House Copenhagen.

With a corporate agreement, you will get a direct booking link. When you click the link, you are automatically logged in to our website, where you can easily book your rooms with your discounted company rates.
